Proper Oral Care Practices

The mouth is a portal of entry for almost everything, food and even germs. Most people tend to disregard the mouth as the main entrance of everything that goes inside the body. You might say that you brush your teeth but is it enough to protect your mouth and the entire oral cavity from attacks from bacteria?
Brush your teeth every day and every after meal. If you can brush your teeth in every opportunity you get, do it.
